Beginners Classes Jan 2012
We offer regular Wing Chun beginner classes for adults. You'll be able to join any of our beginner Wing Chun classes in the Cardiff, Swansea or Carmarthen classes starting in January 2012.
In the beginners class you'll learn about the history of Wing Chun, basic punching, basic stances and footwork. You'll also learn basic attacking and defensive techniques. The classes are conducted in groups, often with work in pairs. The training starts at 7pm for the group warm-up followed by working on techniques and forms.
For the class, you'll need to wear trainers, a t-shirt, and tracksuit bottoms and you may want to bring a bottle of water with you. Wing Chun only requires an ordinary level of fitness to start but it will quickly help to improve your stamina, flexibility, fitness and concentration. It's challenging, exciting, and great fun.
We hope to see you at the club. If you have any questions, please get in touch with Mike on 07504303073 or email sifu.m.arnold@ntlworld.com
